School Holiday Program

Embark on a journey of discovery through Chowder Bay’s historic secrets, both above and underwater, this upcoming school holidays!

Dive into the world of The Land’s Edge Foundation, the go-to hotspot for epic outdoor adventures for Sydney’s young explorers. At our Saltwater School we are offering 1 and 3-day splash-tastic holiday programs right in the heart of Chowder Bay, with views that will make even the seagulls jealous! Perched near Clifton Gardens in Mosman, NSW, these jam-packed holidays are all about fun, frolic, and a dash of Sydney Harbour magic.

Our mission is to weave learning into our activities, subtly empowering children with new skills and perspectives. Our participants not only make new friends but also gain a deeper understanding of their surroundings, self, and their community.

We prioritise your child’s safety and well-being with each holiday program group supervised by seasoned Land’s Edge staff members, all of whom are certified in first-aid and CPR.

Our programs are designed to cater to kids aged 7 to 12. Children will be grouped with others of similar ages to ensure an engaging experience. Running from 8:30am to 3:30pm, our programs are filled with a variety of activities for every interest, with an emphasis on water-based adventures (weather permitting). Our activities rotate every three days to provide variety and consistent fun.

Here’s a sample 3-day schedule:

• Monday: Stand up paddleboarding, kayaking & beach games
• Tuesday: Rafting, bush-walking, kite-making
• Wednesday: Sandcastles, crafts, free play/swimming
